The cost of the tanning and/or hair & makeup services is listed on the official ProTan Europe website, where you will also find all available options. Bookings must be made online, with a 50% advance payment. The remaining balance will be paid directly during athlete registration at the ProTan Europe stand.

Posing Routine
The free-pose routine is reserved exclusively for the Posing Routine category. For more information, click here. Music must be in .mp3 format and sent by email to wbpf.italy@gmail.com, or delivered on a USB stick. The maximum allowed track length is 60 seconds.
Registration
Online registration is mandatory. It will not be possible to register directly at the competition site. Once you submit the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary information (IBAN, tanning details, location, etc.)
Refund Policy
Registration fees can only be refunded upon email notification no later than May 17, 2026.
