POSING ROUTINE
The goal of the “POSING ROUTINE” category is to make the events spectacular by giving a space dedicated to the athlete where he/she can express the artistic part of Bodybuilding by regulating it so that it can be judged. Second useful aspect is to lighten the timing of events ensuring athletes and judges maximum comfort by eliminating dead parts of the competition and avoiding performances by some athletes not reflecting the beauty and image of WBPF Italy.

The category is considered as a stand-alone.

CANONS OF EVALUATION
50% of the judging will be obtained from the free pose routine and the remaining 50% from the athlete's physicality, so there will be two rounds one of confrontation and one of free poses. The comparison round will be on the compulsory poses as per Attachment 1.

CANONS OF ROUTINE EVALUATION
The free routine must have a maximum duration of 60 seconds, must be accompanied by music and must contain the compulsory poses as per attachment 1. Transposition to music, elegance and poise are an integral part of the performance in addition to rhythm and matching and choice of poses according to the type of music.

CANONS OF EVALUATION OF PHYSICALITY
Symmetry, Proportion, Muscle Quality, Definition and Muscle Mass are the parameters to be taken into consideration, are as always to be penalized any kind of blemishes such as Acne, Hemaciation, Stretch Marks, Drooping Skin, Gynecomastia, Abdominal Bloating, Muscle Ruptures, Varicose Veins in addition to structural defects such as kyphosis, lordosis, scoliosis, valgism etc.

COSTUME
The costume to be used in the compulsory confrontation poses is the Athletic Physique/ Classes Physique regulation costume
( min 3 cm maximum 12 cm ) Props and props are allowed only in the free routine but must not in any way cover or alter the perception of the body and give the judges the opportunity to be able to fully assess the physique.
