Who can participate
Open competition open to all athletes from every region of Italy.
No membership is required.
Photos
Event photos will be invited within 7 business days after the competition ends to their personal emails.
For examples of the stage and backstage photos click here
Event T-Shirt
For the customized version, the name will be taken from the registration form or from any notes given at the time of completion.
TAN & MAKEUP Service
The cost for the tanning and/or hair & makeup service is listed on the official ProTan Europe website, where you will also find all available options.
Reservations must be made online, with advance payment of 50% of the total.
The remaining balance will be paid directly during athletes' registration, at the ProTan Europe booth.

Personal tanning will be allowed.
Mallo in cream will be prohibited both inside and outside the facility.

The free posing routine is reserved exclusively for the Posing Routine category. For more information, click here.
The music must be in .mp3 format and emailed to wbpf.italy@gmail.com, or delivered on a USB flash drive.
The maximum allowed duration of the track is 60 seconds.
Registration
Online registration is mandatory. It will not be possible to register directly at the venue.
Once you submit the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary information (IBAN, tanning details, location, etc.).
Refund policy
Registration fees can only be refunded upon notification by email no later than 19th October 2025.
Closing registration
Registration will close on 19th October, 2025.
