Open to members and non-members alike.

Event photos will be sent to your personal email within 7 working days of the end of the competition.

For the personalized version, the name will be taken from the registration form or from any notes added when filling it in.
TAN & MAKEUP Service
The price of the tanning and/or hair & makeup service is shown on the official ProTan Europe website, where you'll also find all the available options.
Booking must be made online, with 50% of the total paid in advance.
The remaining balance is paid directly during athlete registration, at the ProTan Europe stand.

Personal tanning will be allowed.
Walnut tanning cream will be forbidden both inside and outside the venue.

Posing Routine
The free posing routine is reserved exclusively for the category Posing Routine. For more information, click here.
Music must be in .mp3 format and sent by email to wbpf.italy@gmail.com, or handed in on a USB stick.
The maximum track length allowed is 60 seconds.
Registration
Online registration is required. It will not be possible to register at the competition venue.
Once you submit the registration form, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the information you need (IBAN, tanning details, location, etc.).
Refund policy
Entry fees can only be refunded if you notify us by email no later than June 21, 2026.
