Photos of the event will be sent to your personal email address within 7 working days of the end of the competition.

For the personalized version, the name will be taken from the registration form or from any notes indicated at the time of completion.
TAN & MAKEUP service
The cost for the tanning service and/or hair & makeup service is indicated on the official ProTan Europe website, where you will also find all the available options.
Reservations must be made online, with a 50% advance payment of the total amount.
The remaining balance will be paid directly during athlete registration at the ProTan Europe stand.

Posing Routine
The free posing routine is reserved exclusively for the Posing Routine category. For more information, click here.
Music must be in .mp3 format and sent by email to wbpf.italy@gmail.com, or delivered on a USB stick.
The maximum length of the track is 60 seconds.

Registration
Online registration is mandatory. It will not be possible to register directly at the competition venue.
Once you have submitted the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary information (IBAN, tanning details, location, etc.).
Refund policy
Registration fees can only be refunded upon notification by email no later than May 17, 2026.
